7 Days of Unconditional Self-Love & Impact (article)

Without further ado,

Day One:

Look in the mirror and find one thing beautiful. (All of you, duh!) At least I think so. But you don't need me to tell you so, please see for yourself.

Day Two:

Now dig a little deeper. How do the words happiness and sadness make you feel? Your feelings are valid.

Day Three:

Do you find it easy to forgive others? If not easy, have you forgiven someone before for something both big and small? If so, what are you waiting for? You deserve forgiveness too.

Day Four:

Treat yourself to a first date today. You can be frugal, but don't be cheap. A nice dinner or a movie is always appreciated.

Day Five:

What are your goals and dreams? Are you leaving some behind because they are too big or because you are now too grown? Or do you believe that it is too late? Please revisit these thoughts today.

Day Six:

Is there such a thing as a perfect human? No. (Just in case you were wondering.)

Day Seven:

You have value. You have purpose. You have a voice. You have leadership abilities yearning for a chance to showcase your awesomeness. Today, find someone who has the time, be mindful and ask them to share one or more of what their 7 Days of Unconditional Self-Love & Impact looks like or could look like.*

*It would be an honor for you to share yours in the comment section below.

Thank you for being you.

With Love,
Fern
