Meditation On-the-go (article)

Life is so hectic, we often hear and say. And what is meditation anyway? Isn't that for people who do yoga or wear those fancy robes, climb trees and hum all day? Taking a moment to reflect and clearing one's mind can be meditation, I think. Also, just pausing your mind from tasks and worries to enjoy, simple, everyday happenings, even for sixty seconds can be meditation.

The goal is for a moment of calmness, wonderment, silliness and even mindful existence.

I've captured a few moments to share with you, if you don't mind. Thank you for being you. Thank you for your existence. And... Thank you for your leadership. Feel free you create some of your very own and share them with the community. Please enjoy.
